PROJECT CONCEPT
Wellness Lounge — Calm, Minimal & Functionally Elegant
This multifunctional lower-level space is designed to feel like a private retreat, merging a cozy relaxation lounge with a dedicated home gym. Soft neutral seating, clean architectural lines, and a balanced mix of matte black cabinetry and warm wood create an atmosphere of comfort and focus.
Mirrored wall panels expand the room visually, reflecting greenery from the windows and enhancing natural light. Built-in shelving softly illuminated with warm LED strips adds both storage and decorative display, giving the environment a refined boutique-spa character.
Polished marble floors contribute a sleek, high-end tone while maintaining a sense of serenity ideal for training, stretching, or unwinding.
Home Gym Integration — Light, Energy & Modern Practicality
The fitness corner is thoughtfully integrated into the design, ensuring the gym equipment feels like an intentional part of the space rather than an afterthought. Abstract wall art, warm timber shelves, and the black-and-wood built-in cabinetry maintain visual continuity throughout.
This area is crafted to encourage movement and wellbeing, blending functionality with a calming visual aesthetic.
MASTER SUITE — DARK LUXURY & SOFT MINIMALISM
Master Bedroom — Sculptural, Atmospheric & Refined
The master bedroom is the heart of the project, designed with a dramatic yet calming hotel-suite atmosphere. Soft greys, deep charcoals, and warm neutrals come together to create a soothing palette, while the sculptural armchairs and low-profile bed introduce comfort and bold form.
A floating linear chandelier sweeps gently across the ceiling, adding a futuristic sculptural element and accentuating the room’s sense of scale. Floor-to-ceiling drapery filters natural light into soft gradients, completing the space with warmth and fluidity.
Textured Accent Walls & Layered Lighting
Behind the bed, vertical paneling and recessed ambient lighting add depth and architectural presence, transforming the wall into a luxury focal point. Black framing details and soft uplighting create a moody, boutique-hotel feeling that elevates the entire suite.
Opposite the bed, a minimalist TV wall combines ribbed texture, warm hidden lighting, and a floating stone console — all crafted to reinforce balance, serenity, and a high-end contemporary identity.
Glass Wardrobes & Atmospheric Lighting
The custom walk-in wardrobe is designed as a boutique fashion gallery, with smoked-glass fronts, clean black framing, and carefully placed spotlighting. Every piece of clothing and accessory becomes part of the visual composition.
At the center, a dedicated vanity with vertical lighting and elegant artwork creates a refined dressing experience. Soft fabrics, delicate illumination, and premium finishes enrich the space with intimacy and luxury.
This is storage elevated into an architectural, experiential feature of the home.
